Project Overview

PNW Web Designers & Marketing will design and develop a modern, conversion-focused website for Clearview Builders Construction LLC. The website will be built to help convert visitors into leads, support online visibility across Google platforms, and improve discoverability across modern AI search and answer platforms.

Project Investment

Website Development Fee:
$500 + including tax

This fee includes the full design, development, optimization, and launch of the website.

Ongoing Website Management

Monthly Management Fee:
$50 per month after the website goes live

Monthly management services include:

Website monitoring and maintenance
Submission and updates to Google platforms for visibility
Content updates such as photos and videos when provided
Basic SEO and ranking support
Co-management and optimization of the Google Business Profile
Monthly web traffic and visibility reports
Website health monitoring and adjustments as needed

Search engine optimization (SEO) takes time to build authority and trust with search engines. Consistent monthly management allows PNW Web Designers & Marketing to improve website visibility, strengthen Google presence, and support long-term ranking growth across search platforms.

Work outside the scope of the standard monthly management service may be billed as follows:
