2. Scope of Work
Karina Lyn Photography agrees to provide event photography coverage for the event listed above, including candid and posed photographs of attendees, speakers, event details, and key moments. Edited digital images will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by both parties.
3. Representation
The Photographer will be working in coordination with and representing PNW Web Designers & Marketing during this event and in any related future projects connected to this engagement. Professional conduct and respectful collaboration with event staff, attendees, and organizers is expected at all times.
4. Contractor Relationship
The Photographer is engaged as an independent contractor hired by PNW Web Designers & Marketing and is not an employee, partner, or legal agent of the company.
5. Photo Usage Rights
The Photographer understands and agrees that photographs captured during this event may be used by PNW Web Designers & Marketing for marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, website, digital, print, and client-related purposes. This usage includes promotion of PNW Web Designers & Marketing and related event coverage.
6. Non-Solicitation
While representing PNW Web Designers & Marketing at this event, the Photographer agrees not to directly solicit clients, business, or service engagements from attendees, sponsors, vendors, or organizations affiliated with the event, including Big Brothers Big Sisters and related partners.
If any attendee or organization independently asks about the Photographer’s services outside the scope of Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Photographer may provide contact information and is free to work with them after the event, provided the Photographer did not initiate solicitation during the event.
7. Professional Conduct
The Photographer agrees to maintain professional behavior, appropriate attire, and respectful interaction with all event participants throughout the duration of the assignment.
